From sophisticated CNC machines: CNC Machining Center; horizontal, vertical and turning with a wide range of envelope sizes, to conventional machining capabilities; including milling machines, horizontal boring mills, lathes, blanchard grinding and waterjet cutting we have the capabilities of machining various types of materials including but not limited to:

Q: How many employees?
A: We have twenty-four full-time employees. Our experienced staff can provide the information you need for all your RFPs, and our engineers are available to assist with the development of your machined and fabricated designs. We also maintain a full-service fabricating shop with an experienced staff that includes ASME certified welders.
Q: What is your working schedule?
A: Edgar Industries operates two (2) shifts including Saturday and Sunday.
Q: How big is your shop?
A: Our 60,000 square-foot facility located on 62 acres operates two shifts and boasts 21 CNC machining centers: turning… vertical, horizontal and floor milling… and vertical turning.
Q: What are your largest milling and turning capabilities?
A: Mill -11 ft. x 30 ft.; Lathe – 36″ Diameter; VTL – 90″ diameter. Our fabricating department can handle all of your needs-from intricate work to large fabrications. We have the equipment to do the job right.
Q: Do you have a Quality Control Plan?
A: Yes. We employ a full-time Quality Assurance Manager and an Inspector to administer our quality assurance program. They adhere to a strict set of guidelines – our “QC Manual” – which details the high level of quality that has become the Edgar Industries standard of excellence.
