CNC Milling Services

At Edgar Industries, we are dedicated to offering customers industry leading milling services that fulfill extensive requirements for precision, accuracy, quality and value. Our goal is to develop long term relationships with our customers by committing to offer customized service and cutting edge technology to suit the individual needs of every client. In addition to our expertise, our state of the art CNC milling technology is designed to meet our customers’ exact specifications.

Edgar Industries offers a cost effective solution for your short and long run milling needs. We are dedicated to providing the quality CNC milling solutions that provide our clients with quality parts to their specifications.

Our smallest CNC milling machine is a MAZAK AJV-18 Vertical Machining Center with a 16 inch x 35 inch table for your small milling needs.

Our largest CNC milling machine is a TOSHIBA BF-130B Floor-Type Horizontal Milling & Boring Machine with a capacity of 354 inches x 137.8 inches x 84 inches and includes a rotary table and right angle head attachments.

We also have capacity for all sizes of work between our smallest and largest machines in our total of fifteen CNC milling machines of varying sizes, both horizontal and vertical.

Edgar Industries also has the capability of machining from your solid or surface CAD files. This allows us to program directly from your files and can eliminate errors that sometimes occur when programming from paper drawings. This also allows us to machine three dimensional free-form surfaces that are difficult to describe on two dimensional drawings.

We also have five saws for cutting raw materials. These include three automatic saws and two manual band saws.
