Conventional Machining Services

Edgar Industries conventional machining capabilities can machine both small and large parts to close tolerances. Our conventional lathe capabilities range from a 15 inch swing with 50 inches between centers to a 34 inch swing, 20.75 inches over the cross slide with 120 inches between centers. Edgar Industries conventional milling capabilities include:

• (4) Bridgeport Mills
• (2) 4 Inch Horizontal Boring Mills (60 x 96 inch table; 60 inch head height)
• 5 Inch Horizontal Boring Mill (48 x 144 inch table; 72 inch head height)
• Blanchard Rotary Surface Grinder with 36 Inch Chuck
