CNC Turning Services

In 1982 Edgar Industries purchased its first MAZAK lathe to increase its efficiency and to better serve the needs of its customers. We now own and operate five CNC horizontal turning centers and three CNC Vertical Turning Lathes in order to fulfill the extensive requirements for precision, accuracy, quality and value that our customers have come to expect.

We at Edgar Industries are dedicated to providing the quality CNC turning solutions that provide our customers with quality parts to their specifications.

Our CNC turning capabilities can accommodate a diameter up to 98 inches.

Our state of the art CNC turning capabilities are the very best the industry has to offer. Our CNC machining services exceed today’s high precision, tight tolerance machining requirements for machining a variety of materials from plastics to super alloys.

Edgar Industries experienced staff can assist in helping you determine the most suitable CNC machining method for your material and application.

We also have five saws for cutting raw materials. These include three automatic saws and two manual band saws.
